 When will I see my Mobile Deposit in my account?

Deposits made Monday-Friday before 4:00p.m. (CDT) will be reviewed, processed, and generally available the same business day. Deposits made after 4:00 p.m. (CDT), or on weekends and holidays will be reviewed processed, and generally available the next business day. Deposit may be subject to a hold.

 How can I find out the status of my Mobile Deposit?

You can check the status of your Mobile Deposit by viewing Deposit Check History in the Mobile App.

 

 

eStatements

When you enroll in eStatements you not only help the environment, you help protect your financial security. Enrolling in eStatements eliminates the risk of paper statements being lost or stolen through the mail. You receive an email when your statement is available which is much sooner than by mail.

Enroll in and access eStatements inside or outside of CCNCU Online Banking. Enrolling either way gives you access to 24 months of statement history. Please note, you cannot be enrolled for eStatements in both.
